This weekend we made a trip to Washington DC. It's hard to believe that we have lived here almost 2 years and only made 3 trips up there. Heather, Drew, Woodson, and Ashlin joined us for a day of fun. We started out first at the National Aquarium, which by the way is a waste of money. The pet store would be just the same. Then off to the Natural History Museum. The kids really had a great time there. Catelyn really didn't understand why there were just bones and no dinosaurs. Last we went to the Air and Space Museum. They were really busy and the kids were getting a little tired, so we didn't spend much time there. Later that night we went and ate Japanese, and it was soooo good and ended the night off with breaking the recliner and a great round of UNO. So that's all from the weekend, I hope to see everyone soon.

1st Warm day of the year!!!

We had a great day with Jason. The weather was beautiful. We decided to make a day out with shopping, lunch and an afternoon in the park. Colton has really started riding his bike really well and Catelyn would rather just play in the sand then anything else. Colton and Jason are playing chicken on the monkey bars. He said that you have to kick the other person off and if they fall, they are the chicken.

Playing on the seesaw trying to make Catelyn fly!!
Daddy is holding me down!!!

We are finally starting to look a little alike!!! I think so anyway!!!

She had a blast!!!! All smiles, she actually went down by herself.

We had a great 2ND day of sledding!!!

With our second day of snow came some much needed packing. We were definitely have fun going down today. The hills are finally getting slick!!! I think tomorrow we are making a snowman before it melts. They say it shouldn't be gone until after the weekend.

We had a great day in the snow. Our time here at Quantico is about to come to an end. We hopefully will be headed to Beaufort, South Carolina this summer. Jason has 1 more school after this one, then we will be on with our next phase with the Marine Corps. I hope this finds all of you well. Hopefully after Jason graduates on April 2nd, we will be heading to Alabama for a week or so. Catelyn and Colton are growing like weeds, can you beleive that Colton is 6 and Catelyn is almost 3. Time flies when you are having fun. I signed Colton up for T-ball last weekend, so practice will be starting in March. I will keep everyone updated as things come up.
